Louverture Cleary is the best school in Haiti because it helps you to prepare for your future. It gives us good education and it shows you how to live in the society—it gives us a good training in general. We have learned especially in religion class about living in the world as Christians. We learned a lot of new things from the creation story of Genesis. We learned ideas about dignity and responsible dominion for the earth. It is from this story that we learn about becoming good citizens for Haiti.

I like the culture of LCS because the students work together. The older students help the younger ones and everyone shows mercy and love to one another. We share our things and this is why I love my community at LCS.

I like the teachers because they explain everything to us. They teach the lessons well and help the students learn the things important for our future. I love the subjects taught at LCS.

I like the education of LCS because our motto is “We are ready to rebuild Haiti, and you?” This motto shows that LCS is a school that prepares students to help our country and in the future to change the structure of our country. To prepare us for this future, we have a library full of books where we can do research to give us rich knowledge.

I like the way of living at LCS because there are volunteers who help us. They want us to learn more English also. I like the Christian education because it shows us to be good citizens and shows us stories about the life of Jesus. They show us how to live and help us to work on our own faith.

I hope that LCS will always be the best school for Haiti and that this community will always exist to train students in my little country, Haiti.
